The TriFAHL (Tri For A Healthy Life) triathlon seeks to empower women to take charge of their own health through participation in an exciting sporting event. This sprint triathlon is designed to encourage the participation of women of many different skill levels. From the hardcore iron-woman to the mall walker- this event is for all the ladies!

Thanks for making 2012 such an excellent year for us! You ladies really brought it- torrential rain and everything! Winners who left before the announcements (we understand, it was so wet outside) will be able to pick up their prizes by the end of this week, look for our email. We are so proud of everyone! Training Clinics are available!
The TCC is now accepting your sing-up forms!
Just like it sounds- Dan at the TCC has agreed to collect sign-up forms and payments, so you can walk in, fill it out and leave, without having to lick a stamp or take it home. You can even get your workout in while you're there!

- KCOM's TCC (Thompson Campus Center)
- Curves in Kirksville
- Anytime Fitness in Kirksville
