The TriFAHL (Tri For A Healthy Life) triathlon seeks to empower women to take charge of their own health through participation in an exciting sporting event.

The TCC is now accepting your sing-up forms!
Just like it sounds- Dan at the TCC has agreed to collect sign-up forms and payments, so you can walk in, fill it out and leave, without having to lick a stamp or take it home. You can even get your workout in while you're there!
