Thanks for making 2012 such an excellent year for us! You ladies really brought it- torrential rain and everything! Winners who left before the announcements (we understand, it was so wet outside) will be able to pick up their prizes by the end of this week, look for our email. We are so proud of everyone! Don't be afraid to leave some feedback, we are always looking to improve. The best way to contact us is at trifahl@gmail.com. We're looking forward to seeing you at next year's training clinics- don't forget, we offer a prize for the most improved!

Training Clinics are available!

If you have questions or need some guidance, of course you can always email us (trifahl@gmail.com), or, you can get some real coaching and have all your questions answered by participating in any of our free* training opportunities.

*TriFAHL does not charge for its training services, and you do not need to sign up for TriFAHL before you may attend a clinic. Admission to the Kirksville Aquatic center is $3 for those who are not members (ATSU students and employees become members by signing up with Dan at the TCC).

The TCC is now accepting your sing-up forms!

Just like it sounds- Dan at the TCC has agreed to collect sign-up forms and payments, so you can walk in, fill it out and leave, without having to lick a stamp or take it home. You can even get your workout in while you're there!
