Swim clinics again/ last years shirts and medals.

We've missed you!

If you are still waiting for a t-shirt, medal or both from last year, we apologize. We are currently working out the details and will have those to you very shortly.

Swim clinics begin again this week. Meet me, Stephanie, at 7am Wednesday mornings at the Aquatic Center for some group swimming or, if you like, some light coaching.

Hey ladies! Tonight... 5:30 pm... meet up at the Aquatic Center and we will run the course! Let's plan to do the same thing again next Tuesday as well! Looking forward to seeing you all out there!

Hey ladies! Looks like today's ride may be a bit windy but it will be a go... to clarify... I know there's been some confusion on the time and location:

Bike ride: Thursday at 5:30 pm at the Aquatic Center Parking Lot

Just in case, I'll try to be out there at 5 to catch anyone who might miss this memo. Be sure to bring your water!!! See you then!

FOUR WEEKS TO TriFAHL!

The Aquatic center is again Open and we will resume the

Swim Clinics

This Saturday at 2pm

Also, Don't forget that we'll be meeting Thursdays at 5pm

at the Aquatic Center, Weather permitting, for

some Biking around town.

In light of the pool being closed for repair, we will not be able to host our weekly swim clinic at this time...

HOWEVER, we will be doing an all ladies' bike ride, open to all skill levels, Thursday evening, at 5:00 pm. We'll meet in the back of the HyVee parking lot (look for the other riders :) ).

This will be in addition to the next day's swim clinic which will still be held if the pool is open. Hope the see you there!

2) Or pick up a registration form at the Adair County YMCA, ATSU-KCOM's TCC facility, or the Kirksville Aquatic Center.

Registration packets include more information regarding the course, cost, team options, etc. You can also look for us on facebook!
