The TriFAHL (Tri For A Healthy Life) triathlon seeks to empower women to take charge of their own health through participation in an exciting sporting event.
This sprint triathlon is designed to encourage the participation of women of many different skill levels. From the hardcore iron-woman to the mall walker- this event is for all the ladies!
However, the pool will be closed saturday february 26th which is 9 weeks to the TriFAHL!!
